Available Positions:
Social Work Supervisor/Wisconsin District Director​
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for the following tasks:
Oversees programs of Pregnancy Support Services, Adoption, and volunteer development under the supervision of the Director of Professional Services.
This position also oversees the WI District and is responsible for financial resources, outreach to churches, assisting with events, connecting with donors, and maintaining the facility

Essential Functions:
* Provides leadership in the development of financial resources and maintains relationships with donors, corporations, foundations, and evangelical churches in the Agency’s service areas.
* Assists controller in the development and implementation of the Wisconsin District’s budget and assists in the management of financial resources.
* Oversees and evaluates the Wisconsin District’s Pregnancy Support Services and Adoption programs and recommends modifications to the Director of Professional Services where appropriate.
* Assists with planning and organizing agency special events.
* Establishes and maintains relationships with human service professionals in the social service field.

Qualifications; Masters in Social Work preferred or other Master’s Degree in similar field with human services experience.

Active participation in an evangelical Christian church
