Hi,
We are Kody and Maggie. This is likely a difficult time you’re experiencing and we can’t imagine your thoughts and worries and concerns. We hope to put some of those at ease.

It is not lost on us how sacrificial this process is for expectant mothers and I can only suspect the weight and responsibility you feel for your child. Undoubtedly, there are some feelings that we may not be able to shoulder for you or have the capacity to understand, but we can assure you of a few things. If you do choose us, we will be completely committed to your child. That’s one of our strengths as a couple. We both love to take care of others and do good to them. We will be steadfast to your child and never for a moment will he or she be left to figure things out on their own, have
nowhere to go, or no one to confide in. We will never be rich, but both of us are eager to be generous with our time, presence, and attention toward our children.

We will also be completely committed to him or her knowing and respecting you. Your child will hear directly from us how admirable you are, how worthy of respect you are, and we will make sure they have what they need to learn that for themselves, from you. That could be letters, Facetimes, or visits. We really hope to have an open adoption. Maggie has a nephew who is
adopted and has personally witnessed the importance of this crucial connection in his life.

Lastly, here are some general things about us. Kody works in construction as an Estimator. His job can be challenging, yet rewarding. Maggie works for a local Classical Christian school in the area and loves teaching children. Some of our joint hobbies include golf, hiking, Friday night movie night, and building traditions together. In his free time, Kody enjoys watching football,
spending time with friends and grilling out. Maggie enjoys gardening, baking, reading, and bird watching, along with seeing friends.
