Dave and Jackie
Dear Birthparents,
We are so thankful to have the opportunity for you to get to know us. We want
you to know that we have nothing but admiration and respect for your selfless
decision in choosing adoption for your child. We greatly admire your courage
and strength. We strongly believe that God has a plan for everything and we
want you to know you are forever in our thoughts and prayers.
Even through struggles with infertility we have always looked forward to becoming parents. Fortunately, adoption provides us with an opportunity to share our home and love with a child. Even when dating we have always talked about having a family and what that would be like. Our goal would be to provide a very loving Christian home for a child to grow. Your child would be welcomed into our home with wide-open arms, not only by us, but by extended family and friends as well.
Jackie is a certified medical assistant at a local internal medicine clinic. She loves working there and being able to help others. She loves to read, play the violin, and sing in the church choir. She also loves to go for long walks, at least when the weather permits.
Dave works in sales at a local company. He loves watching sports, especially baseball. He also loves to read, work on the computer, go for walks on the trail by our home, and is an usher and reader at church.
We enjoy going to church together, watching movies, playing board games, going
to baseball games, and spending time together and doing things with friends and
family. We also love to play with our two cats Casper and Snickers. They are
both very sweet, good natured cats.
We would love to meet you and learn more about what you want for your baby. We know this is an unbelievably difficult decision for you to make. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May God bless you through this journey and continue to give you strength and courage.
